Role Type: Outsourced, Full Time, On-Site, Short Term

Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Summary:

Implement sales plan and strategy to maximize financial and non-financial objectives. Craft sales plans and justify those plans to upper management. Set goals for the team and produce monthly forecasting reports to track progress towards targets and budgets based on revenue streams to ensure smooth operations month to month.

Office-based, tele sales/campaign, external meetings with clients, overseas travel to attend competitor shows.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge:

  1. Formal qualification in business, sales management, or related disciplines.
  2. A minimum of 8 years sales experience in the exhibitions industry with up-to-date industry market knowledge.
  3. Strong sales, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
  4. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  5. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  6. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  7. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  8. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
