We are the leading provider of Retail IT / Point of Sale (POS) solutions. With a track record of delivering innovative and reliable POS systems, we're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong IT and technical background to lead our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of experienced sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically for POS and SCO solutions, aligning them with the company's goals and vision.
Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, manage CRM systems, and analyse sales data to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
IT / Technical Knowledge: Requires deep understanding of IT Hardware | Software POS solutions to effectively communicate with customers addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs, challenges, and objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with a focus on achieving win-win agreements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record in sales within the POS industry, with a minimum of [10] years in a sales management role.
Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of POS solutions, including hardware and software.
