Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to secure new business and expand our client base.
Account Management (50%):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive client success and achieve long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions that meet client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that arise, maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
