Senior Sales Manager

Our client is a leading regional Food & Beverages company headquartered in UAE, looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to manage the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead the Sales function for the UAE for a food & beverages manufacturing major and will have P&L responsibility. You will be responsible for:

1. Planning and implementing sales strategies to meet annual sales budgets.
2. Building and executing business plans in modern trade.
3. Achieving monthly and quarterly volume targets.
4. Tracking and enhancing Modern Trade & HoReCa channel performance.
5. Planning and implementing market activation programs, including consumer and trade promotions and merchandising.
6. Tracking competition and ensuring a strong and robust process.

You are a good fit if you have:

10 years of experience in a reputed FMCG or distribution company.
5 years of experience handling Modern Trade & HoReCa market in the UAE region.
