Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the last-mile delivery industry and UAE region. B2B sales experience preferably in logistics technology or SaaS.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets and leading sales teams to success.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE logistics and delivery industry is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
