Role & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Vega Star Real Estate in Dubai. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with investors, end users, and developers to facilitate successful property transactions and build long-term partnerships.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership skills
  2. Excellent selling skills with relationship building capability with the team, clients and channel partners.
  3. Ability to work under pressure.
  4. Experience in the real estate industry or a related field
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  7. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or relevant field
