Senior Sales Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of all internal and external Service, Quality & Commercial performances as per Reservations KPI objectives.
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue and Hotel Operations Teams to maximize revenue opportunity and reduce operational inefficiency.
- Continuously source new business through research of local media and market intelligence.
- Continually evaluate markets and their needs, comparing them with existing products and services (keep abreast of market trends and economy).
- Conduct in-house site inspections and presentations to potential clients.
- Carry out regular entertainments for existing and acquisition accounts.
- Plan & deliver sales objectives for your SBU.
- Be fully up to date with budgeted/actual/forecast targets of the SBUs as well as own segment and individual target.
- Maintain and grow positive customer and partner relationships.
- Identify and communicate ideas and customer expectations from assigned segments and territory.
- Responsible for continuously securing below and above the line marketing opportunities to position the brand and drive sales with trade partners.
