Senior Sales Manager

We are the leading provider of Retail IT / Point of Sale (POS) solutions. With a track record of delivering innovative and reliable POS systems, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong IT and technical background to lead our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of experienced sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically for POS and SCO solutions, aligning them with the company’s goals and vision.
3. Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, manage CRM systems, and analyze sales data to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
4. IT / Technical Knowledge: Requires deep understanding of IT hardware, software, and POS solutions to effectively communicate with customers, addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
5. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs, challenges, and objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Negotiation: Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with a focus on achieving win-win agreements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2. Proven track record in sales within the POS industry with a minimum of 10 years in a sales management role.
3. Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of POS solutions, including hardware and software.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
5. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in the fast-paced POS technology sector.
7. A demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
