Senior Sales Executive - Uniforms
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies and customer requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the companys products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in uniform sales with a strong network of client relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license.
