Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies and customer requirements.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the companys products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in uniform sales with a strong network of client relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
