Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Servers & Storage Solutions

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling equipment, storage solutions, and servers, with strong connections to key decision-makers, particularly within government entities. This role is designed for someone with extensive sales experience, the ability to manage multi-million USD deals, and an established network across technical and executive levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities for equipment, storage solutions, and servers within the UAE region.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, from technical engineers to C-level executives (CTO, CIO, CPO) across diverse sectors, with a particular focus on government entities.
  3. Lead complex sales processes from initial prospecting through to deal closure, negotiating multi-million USD deals.
  4. Collaborate closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure client needs are understood and solutions are tailored to provide maximum value.
  5. Drive strategic sales initiatives and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives in the region.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Manage and forecast sales pipelines, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities.
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members, sharing insights and strategies to close high-value deals.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the equipment, storage, or server solutions industry, with a strong focus on government contracts and large-scale deals.
  2. Demonstrable experience in closing multi-million USD deals, with a history of successful negotiations and relationship building at all levels (technical engineers to C-suite executives).
  3. Established connections with key stakeholders in government entities and large enterprises within the UAE.
  4. In-depth knowledge of the equipment, storage, and server solutions market, with a technical understanding of the products and services offered.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and technical teams.
  6. Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM tools, and the sales lifecycle.
  7. Must be based in the UAE, with the ability to travel within the region as needed.
