Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive with substantial experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. However, candidates with a strong sales background in other industries are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and must have their own car.

Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Product and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay well-informed about the latest products and developments in the automotive industry.
  • Effectively communicate product information to clients and address inquiries.

Sales Diversification:

  • Leverage previous sales experience, whether in the automotive industry or other sectors, to contribute to the team's overall success.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across different product lines.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about market trends.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and competitor activities.

Sales Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Highlight the unique selling points of our products and services.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.

Networking:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the client base.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive, with a strong preference for candidates with automotive sales experience with luxury cars.
  • Significant experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have own car for business use.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
