Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

To execute and promote sales to exploit the market for this segment of business and contribute in meeting the segments objective and maximizing sales, revenue & profitability.

Skills & Experiences:

1. Recommend annual sales and profit budget for own segment, based on past performance and expected future demand, and upon approval from Sales Manager ensure achievement of projected target.
2. Effectively execute business strategies/policies to exploit current market demand and generate future demand for products to enhance market share and profitability.
3. Review actual sales against budget regularly and ensure that sales are proceeding in accordance with the projection.
4. Regularly visit existing and prospective customers to establish/maintain healthy and profitable relationships and identify their present and future demand.
5. Conduct market intelligence surveys to keep track of competitor business policies, pricing structures, and discount policies to support team business strategies.
6. Explore new avenues of business such as new markets, customers, and products to expand operations and enhance sales and profit volume.
7. Keep track of tenders floated by government, semi-government, and private sectors; obtain tender documents, evaluate, prepare competitive quotations for Sales Manager/G.M approval, and submit upon approval.
8. Monitor outstanding debt statements and follow up to ensure timely and full collection of credit to avoid loss or litigation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Degree in relevant branch of Engineering or equivalent Technical qualification.
2. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
3. Experience in Engineering products and project sales.
