The Senior Sales Engineer Controls Systems is a key role reporting directly to Sales Manager Controls.
You will be based in Dubai, and the role shall emphasize bringing in business through AMC contracts, pull-through & retrofit jobs, and control optimization and digital solution selling to drive the growth of business for the Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions, with particular focus on Controls & Digital solutions.

How you will do it
As a Senior Sales Engineer:
You will have an understanding and knowledge of our product portfolio among BMS solutions, and you will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations to close new opportunities.
You will qualify and work closely with our internal presales expertise to have the right techno-commercial solutions for the projects with customers.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for the customers and direct tenders.
You will demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding, sales strategies, products, and services.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and identify ways to anticipate customer needs.
You are determined and consistent in your approach to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously through planning and time management skills.
You will do extensive stakeholder mapping for strategic accounts to enable business growth within the JCI installed base and expand our presence in these accounts.
You will adhere to company processes, compliances, and policies with zero tolerance while executing professional responsibilities.
What we look for
Required
University Degree (Bachelors) in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
5-7 years in selling maintenance & service contracts, replacement/upgrade projects focused on Controls business within the UAE region.
Customer-focused and ability to build relationships with customers.
Organizational skills and ability for multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
Determined results and self-driven maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
