Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our sales team, leveraging your deep understanding of our products and solutions to drive sales success. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives, product management, and engineering teams to provide technical expertise, craft tailored solutions for customers, and ensure a seamless pre-sales experience. Your goal is to bridge the gap between complex technical offerings and client needs, ultimately contributing to the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Solution Design: Work with customers to understand their technical requirements and design solutions that meet their needs using our products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as the technical point of contact for clients, addressing complex technical questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, provide input on proposals, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and insights.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train junior sales engineers and other team members on technical aspects of our products and sales strategies.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and provide feedback to product management and engineering teams regarding customer needs, product performance, and potential improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role, preferably in [OVERHEAD CRANES].
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of [EOT, GANTRY and Hoists]. Experience with Service is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of supporting sales efforts and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
