Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer

Job Scope: The Senior Sales Engineer is accountable for presenting solutions to prospective customers and delivering product demonstrations in cooperation with the sales team. S/He gathers and validates technical requirements for appropriate recommendations and responds to RFIs and RFPs addressing technical inquiries accordingly.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Visit customers and provide pre-sales and post-sales support including installation assistance and limited on-site training.
2. Create and provide effective presentations, product demonstrations and technical support during the selling cycle.
3. Engage appropriate internal resources namely sales, product management and marketing among others to help close opportunities.
4. Support for pilots conducted by enterprise prospects.
5. Attend to sales calls and technical inquiries.
6. Articulate and demonstrate solutions to business problems to customer executives and staff.
7. Assist in qualifying opportunities validating technical requirements and providing appropriate product recommendations.
8. Follow-up with prospective customers during evaluation phase.
9. Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
