Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Director with over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector.

Sales Strategy & Business Growth:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  2. Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market trends to expand the company's presence.
  3. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Leadership & Team Management:

  1. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring continuous training and development.
  2. Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation within the sales department.
  3. Drive salesforce productivity, ensuring optimal use of CRM tools and sales analytics.

Client Relationship & Market Development:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, developers, and corporate partners.
  2. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility.
  3. Develop tailored real estate solutions that meet the needs of individual and corporate clients.

Financial & Performance Management:

  1. Oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and P&L management, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  2. Analyze sales performance data and market trends to refine strategies and optimize revenue streams.
  3. Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, market standards, and legal requirements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  1. Work closely with marketing, project development, and legal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with project offerings.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding market positioning and competitive strategies.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within the real estate sector (residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments).
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  3. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  4. In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, investment trends, and buyer behavior.
  5. Experience in developing high-performing sales teams and driving business growth.
  6. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
  7. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Certification in real estate sales or brokerage is a plus.
  3. Experience working with CRM systems and advanced sales analytics tools.
