Job description

Responsibilities

  • Daily follow up on existing customer for sales prospects and handle the major customer accounts directly.
  • New Dealer / Fleet Customers to be identified and added to the organisation as per company policy.
  • Competitors Pricing and activities to be monitored and shared with Line Manager.
  • Identify potential customer & product introduction.
  • Price negotiation with customer & deal closing.
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance department to ensure that customer demands are fulfilled on time.
  • Payment follow up with Customer on timely collections.
  • Keep-up-to-date information pertaining to product and competitors’ activities.
  • Prepare market intelligence report along with countermeasures and submit to Line Manager.
  • Always ensure & maintain high level customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare, finalize and align the marketing strategies with management and marketing department.

Analyze the sales trend regularly and prepare recovery action plans accordingly.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years’ experience with proven record in selling tyres & automotive allied products in UAE.
  • Thorough knowledge about the UAE Tyre market and customer in all segments.
  • Capability to continuously deliver consistent results to achieve the agreed targets.
  • Capability of executing the directions & meeting the requirements of the management and the organisation.
  • Effective communication skills to persuade the team in challenging work environment.

A valid UAE driving license is required.
