Senior Sales Associate

Client of Eagle Consultancy Middle East DMCC

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Sales Associate for a financial brokerage offering FX and CFDs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Focus on business development of retail and professional clients
2. Coverage MENA clients
3. Maximize existing revenue streams and build on existing relationships
4. Meet assigned annual sales quotas, both individual and team management
5. Lead Generation and Conversion
6. Client acquisitions and retention
7. Generating Volume
8. Generate an effective client on-boarding strategy with management
9. Working closely with the marketing team to help with campaigns and events
10. Build out scope for expanding the sales team and acting as the hiring manager
11. Set budgets for sales & marketing expenditure
12. Product coverage FX pairs, Indices, Commodities, Equities
13. Keeping a record of territorial market trends and requirements and sharing the insights with the product teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. University degree in finance or another relevant field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales
3. Excellent product knowledge and market experience in Forex, index and commodity futures and cash equities
4. Ideally you will have a transportable client base
5. Sales background and network of knowing how to build a Retail offering and onboard clients
6. FX & CFD Brokerage experience
7. Fluent in English and/or Arabic, or any other additional language is a plus
8. You will already be in a position as Head of Sales or someone looking to take the next step up
9. Good knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and 5 and PXM aggregator
10. Leadership skills to motivate a team and set the right example and culture
11. Good understanding of FCA and FSA regulations
