Job Description

The Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client accounts, and developing long-term business relationships. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop strategic plans to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new business developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market conditions.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
