Senior RPA Developer - Automation Anywhere

Role : Sr. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

Seniority : Senior

Experience : 8+ Years of Experience in RPA platforms and building bots.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in engineering and/or Computer Science
• Minimum 8 years of experience in RPA platform Automation Anywhere.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in programming skills (C#, Java, HTML, CSS, VB, .NET, SQL & Relational Databases) and applications development.
• Should have at least 5 implementation project experiences in the Oil & Gas domain.
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Bug fixes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Modelling, designing, developing, testing, and implementing Robotic Processes.
• Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices.
• Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development.
• Work with stakeholders to execute RPA initiatives by analysing and designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring quality of the system.
• Assist in the construction of Business Cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization.
• Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices.
• Maintain RPA Documentation and ensure proper knowledge transfer to corresponding stakeholders and users.
• Participate in training to enhance skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices.
• Manage project timelines, quality, budgets, as well as stakeholder relationships.
