Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior RPA Consultant/Developer (Automation Anywhere) at MAGNOOS Information Systems in Abu Dhabi. The role involves designing and implementing robotic process automation solutions, analyzing business processes for automation opportunities, developing software applications, and effectively communicating project progress and findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Conduct business analysis to identify automation opportunities and understand process requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Perform detailed process analysis to design optimal automation workflows.
• Develop, test, and deploy automation bots, ensuring they meet business needs and maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with existing automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and assist with code reviews.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and optimization of RPA solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with RPA industry trends and advancements, particularly with Automation Anywhere.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
• Expertise in Automation Anywhere development, including creating bots, workflows, and automating tasks.
• Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to optimize them through automation.
• Experience with automation design patterns, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in integrating RPA with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Familiarity with RPA best practices and development standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Automation Anywhere
• Prior experience with RPA projects in healthcare organizations or related industries.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
