Senior Rotating Reliability Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Be accountable for the reliability of designated area's rotating equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and failure analysis for critical or major equipment issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for equipment-related matters.
- Review and update maintenance strategy annually for optimization.
- Coordinate with workshops to review machinery repair procedures and work scopes.
- Assess and add necessary work for rotating equipment during Turnaround & Inspection (T&I).
- Identify and implement new technologies for proactive maintenance.
- Review Engineering Request packages for machinery modifications or upgrades.
- Calculate and update monthly and year-to-date asset Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Issue monthly reliability program reports, updating equipment health progress.
- Follow up on the area's Equipment Maintenance Program (EMP) and trends.
- Establish a fault analysis database for assets, ensuring data completeness and updates.
- Approve SAP equipment maintenance history records for failed rotating equipment.
- Investigate trips on critical equipment to identify root causes and propose solutions.
- Oversee Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Proactive Maintenance (PaM), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs.
- Conduct life cycle cost analysis for bad actors and expensive repairs.
