ABOUT THE ROLE

This senior role in Events Management involves overseeing various aspects of Armani Hotel’s event operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

ABOUT THE FUNCTION

Event Planning & Execution

  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events.
  • Ensure alignment with the Armani Hotel’s luxury standards and brand identity.
  • Manage on-site event logistics, including setup, staffing, and guest experience.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting.

Client Relations & Customer Service

  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Provide tailored event solutions and ensure personalized experiences.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize efficiency and cost.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to event management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, safety protocols, and legal requirements.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth and revenue generation.
  • Develop partnerships to enhance the hotel’s event offerings.

  • Extensive experience in high-end/luxury event management.
  • Previous managerial experience in hospitality or event operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high-profile clients.
