Senior Research Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Validate AI prototypes through rigorous testing and evaluation to ensure accuracy and reliability in biomedicine applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine prototypes based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement processes towards transitioning AI models from prototype towards productization.
• Work closely with the use-case owner and researchers to define software requirements and specifications relevant to biomedicine.
• Conduct user studies and gather feedback to inform software development and enhancements.
• Create documentation and reports to communicate validation results and technology readiness level.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in AI and biomedicine to inform the development process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in machine learning and AI, particularly in applications related to healthcare.
• Experience in validating prototypes and technology readiness assessment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative work environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer sciences, engineering or related field.
