Senior Relationship Manager - Private Banking (5-10 yrs)

Job Objective:

To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all walk-in customers.

Job Role:

1. Domain knowledge - Specialists on specific products and services offered by the bank and its group companies.
2. Provide appropriate details of the products or services to the customers as required.
3. Showcase products that the group has relationships with, if desired by the customer.
4. Provide location of all product literature and brochures on the Group Website or Relationship, if the customer desires to download them.
5. Be willing to take on jobs to balance the team workload.
6. Deal with all customers in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone, or via email.
7. Carry the Kotak brand through developed functional and behavioral skills.
8. Ensure compliance with all regulations required by the Central Bank of UAE and other statutory/regulatory requirements of the Bank.
