We're Hiring: Senior Manager - Regional Sales

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and increase sales, ensuring achievement of budgeted targets.
2. Lead all sales channels and define short-term & long-term goals.
3. Build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring proper training & coaching.
4. Oversee sales & distribution planning and execute strategies effectively.
5. Set sales targets, allocate areas, and monitor performance.
6. Strengthen customer relationships, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience: 7-10 years in FMCG, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
3. Skills: Strong leadership, sales, communication, and negotiation abilities.
4. Knowledge: PoS systems, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint preferred).
5. Attitude: Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
