Senior Recruitment Specialist

Recruitment Consultant - Dubai - 12 Month Contract - Onsite

We are looking to onboard a talented and dynamic recruiter who can handle high-volume hiring projects for our clients in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will be based in the UAE and available to start on-site in Dubai at short notice.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Actively source and qualify candidates from across the globe. Advising on the UAE market and relocation if needed.
• Manage the client's needs and expectations and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Working to improve recruitment efficiency
• Ability to manage a high volume of active job openings at one time
• We require someone who thrives in a KPI focused RPO model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must have experience in high-volume recruitment campaigns, sourcing passive candidates from around the globe using LinkedIn and other sources.
• Must be strong in using Boolean search techniques
• Quota or goal-oriented
• Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
• Excellent communication skills required
• Strong experience using LinkedIn to headhunt.
