Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leverage assigned sources, employ individual methodologies to source candidates.
2. Proven work experience as a Sr. Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
4. Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
5. Daily responsibilities including sourcing active and passive candidates, client management, and administration of requisitions in the ATS.
