As our Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Leader, you'll drive the strategy to attract and retain exceptional talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate and employee experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead & Align: Provide strategic direction to the HR Managers for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, ensuring their efforts align with our overall talent strategy while monitoring performance and development.
- Innovate Recruitment: Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to meet workforce needs, attract diverse talent, and align with business goals and budgets.
- Brand Excellence: Create and execute employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate & Partner: Build strong partnerships with universities and recruitment agencies to proactively expand our candidate pool and meet hiring demands.
- Analyze & Enhance: Track KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to refine recruitment strategies and enhance the hiring process.
- Streamline Onboarding: Oversee comprehensive onboarding strategies that deliver a seamless, positive experience for new hires, from pre-hire communication to cross-functional coordination.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold legal and policy compliance in all recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Assess and refine processes to boost efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
- Budget Management: Employ cost-effective strategies to optimize the recruitment budget without compromising on talent quality.
- Candidate-Centric: Foster a positive candidate journey with timely communication and feedback at every stage.
Minimum requirements for all applicants
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or similar.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives in a large, complex organization.
