eMagine Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in 180-degree recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Job roles and responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including client acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for senior-level roles.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities by fostering strong relationships with clients.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and business goals.
• Proactively source, headhunt, and build talent pipelines using databases, head hunting tools, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates to client requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports to demonstrate recruitment results and pipeline status.

Skills and qualifications required:

• Minimum 3-5 years of 180-degree recruitment experience, preferably within an executive search or professional services environment.
• Advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, social media recruiting, and talent mapping.
• Strong client acquisition, account management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a consultative and professional approach.
• A results-driven attitude with the ability to exceed targets and KPIs.
