The Role

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Experience: Minimum 5 years in recruitment, preferably within an agency setting

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, strong client management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their hiring needs and company culture
  • Provide consultative advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Candidate Management:
    • Source high-quality candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events)
    • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for roles
    • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities
    • Provide career guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Recruitment Process:
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
    • Write and post compelling job descriptions
    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks
    • Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to both clients and candidates
  • Business Development:
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
    • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
    • Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional network
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices
    • Collaborate with team members on complex searches and key accounts
    • Contribute to the positive and professional culture of the agency

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Remote job based in Dubai
    • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency, background in the UAE preferred
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue targets
    • Strong understanding of various industries and job functions prevalent in the Dubai market
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
    • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Resilience and ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Professional certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIPD, REC)
    • Experience with international recruitment and managing cross-border placements
    • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations
