Senior Recruiter (Real Estate)

We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter (Real Estate) who will be responsible for the delivery of top talent for our client based in Dubai - one of the largest semi-governmental companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 11 months and is renewable.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts for senior-level roles, including project delivery and director-level positions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top talents through networking and market research.
• Partner with the existing real estate recruiter to align recruitment strategies and share insights.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, delivering results within set timelines.
• 6-10 years of experience in real estate recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Experience recruiting for senior-level positions, preferably within the real estate or project delivery sectors.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting and sharing insights with colleagues.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus but not required.
