Senior Recruiter (International Experience)

Location: Business Village, Deira, Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to 20,000 AED/month

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a proven track record in international recruitment, specifically in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of European labor markets, recruitment strategies, and local laws, combined with the ability to attract top talent for our growing organization. Based in Dubai, this role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for key international markets, focusing primarily on European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent across multiple European countries, aligning with the company's international growth objectives.
  2. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for positions across various business functions.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers across different business units to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and offer strategic advice on talent acquisition in European regions.
  4. Candidate Sourcing & Networking: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, social media platforms, and job boards to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for roles in Europe.
  5. Employer Branding: Promote the organization’s employer brand through targeted marketing and recruitment campaigns tailored to European markets.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use recruitment analytics and reporting tools to track hiring performance, optimize processes, and meet hiring KPIs.
  7. Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and talent pools for future hiring needs in Europe.
  8. Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate an understanding of cultural differences and tailor recruitment approaches to local nuances and preferences across European countries.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. At least 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on international hiring, particularly in Europe.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  4. Expertise in European labor laws, market dynamics, and work permit/visa processes.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  6. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  7. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
  8. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
