Job description

We are searching for a passionate recruiter with a flair for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to closing offers and onboarding. You will work closely with our hiring managers and department heads across multiple regions, supporting key functions such as tech, product, operations, sales, marketing and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys end-to-end recruitment and thrives in a high-growth, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding for a diverse range of roles including tech, product, operations, sales, and leadership.
  2. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with business unit leaders and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, establish clear timelines, and align on candidate profiles.
  3. Global Sourcing Strategies: Use creative sourcing techniques to build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates across global markets, particularly in regions like India, UAE, Malta, UK, and Singapore.
  4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing communication, providing timely updates, and guiding them through the interview process.
  5. Data-Driven Approach: Use recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.) to track success and continuously optimize the hiring process.
  6. Employer Branding: Play a key role in promoting PayFuture's employer brand by creating compelling outreach campaigns and showcasing our values of innovation, collaboration, and global impact.
  7. Recruitment Technology: Leverage recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems) and AI-driven platforms to streamline processes and enhance recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

What We are looking for:

  1. Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in technology, fintech, in an agency or high-growth environments.
  2. Global Recruitment: Proven experience sourcing candidates across international markets, with a strong understanding of regional hiring challenges and opportunities.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Workable ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools like Phenom, Hackajob, Juicebox, and other AI-driven platforms.
  5. Problem-Solver: Ability to think on your feet, identify recruitment bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
  6. Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Passion for Recruitment: A deep passion for sourcing talent and building teams, with a focus on long-term cultural and organisational fit.
