Senior Recruiter

We are a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment agency based in Business Bay, Dubai, specializing in large-scale hiring across various industries. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team who can excel under pressure, manage multiple recruitment cycles, and contribute to our growing success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
2. Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for various roles.
3. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates.
4. Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to source top talent.
5. Stay updated on market trends to meet client needs effectively.
6. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and placement of candidates.
7. Deliver recruitment targets within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of UAE recruitment experience (experience within a recruitment agency preferred).
2. Strong network and connections within the UAE job market.
3. Must be on own visa.
4. Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring requirements efficiently.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
7. Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices.
