Education: UG/PG Graduates
Location: Bangalore (2 months Indiranagar) Dubai (Onsite)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 15 days
CTC: Based on Current CTC 30% hike

Responsibilities for Recruiter:
- Handle all administrative functions associated with full life cycle recruiting.
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews with superior heads and hiring managers.
- Recruit for internal requirements.
- Understand the hiring requirements of hiring managers.
- Attract candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
- Review resumes and screen candidates.
- Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
- Stay updated about hiring trends and best practices.
- Maintain daily reports in a tracker and update it on a daily basis.
Qualifications for Recruiters:
- Excellent communication skills and recruitment skills are a must.
- Should have hands-on experience in the full cycle of recruitment (preferred).
- Energetic and organized.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Well-versed in oral and written business communications.
- Ability to multitask.
- Time management and prioritizing work.
- Demonstrated proficiency with job portals such as Naukri, Shine, and Indeed (required).
