Job description

Job Brief:

Align is a Staffing Solutions company based in UAE and is looking to hire a full-time Senior Recruiter who can lead and manage our end-to-end recruitment vertical. Starting from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and qualifying shortlisted candidates for client interviews as per laid down SLAs and KPIs.



Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Post job Ads in relevant platforms including job boards and social media sites.
  2. Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.
  3. Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer activities, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards.
  4. Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner in local systems or in our ATS.
  5. Effectively manage relationships with our recruitment partners/agencies.
  6. Conduct pre-screening interviews. Maintain pertinent applicant and interview data and generate reports.
  7. Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  8. Should be able to understand customer needs and hiring conditions, both external and internal.
  9. Serve as consultant and partner staying current on business and market trends, assisting on both the strategic and tactical.

Skills Required:

  1. The ideal candidate will be able to use various sources of hiring including but not limited to social media, portals, and direct search to bring the best talent for our Clients.
  2. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc).
  5. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc).
  6. Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc).
  7. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  8. Hands-on experience with recruiting software.
