About the Role

Dragon Prime Smart Living (DPSL) is hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales & Property Manager to acquire luxury properties for rental & sale, manage property deals, and negotiate with homeowners for smart home integrations. If you have a strong network in real estate and can secure properties for rental & sale, this is the right role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire properties for DPSL’s rental & sales portfolio.

Build strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors.

Negotiate property management contracts to earn a monthly % from rentals.

Promote DPSL’s smart home-integrated properties to high-end buyers.

Oversee tenant contracts, rental agreements, and property inspections.

Ensure timely rent collection & luxury property maintenance.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales & rentals.

Strong network of property owners & investors.

Familiar with RERA laws, Ajman real estate regulations & rental agreements.

Excellent negotiation & sales closing skills.

Multi-lingual preferred – English, Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu.
