Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee property sales, rentals, and leasing transactions.
  2. Handle property sales and leasing transactions with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with investors, property owners, and developers.
  4. Analyze Abu Dhabi’s real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  5. Ensure adherence to UAE real estate laws, Tawtheeq, and Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations.
  6. Promote properties through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  7. Work closely with clients to provide property solutions and close deals.
  8. Utilize Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other platforms to list and market properties.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
  2. Strong knowledge of property sales, leasing, and investment strategies.
  3. RERA Certification and UAE real estate license (preferred but not mandatory).
  4. Strong understanding of social media marketing & digital advertising for real estate.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software such as PropSpace, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  7. Fluent in English & Arabic.
  8. UAE driving license is mandatory & own car preferred.
