Job description

What We're Looking For:

  1. Must have a minimum of 2-year experience in Dubai Real Estate
  2. Proven track record as a Real Estate Broker or in a similar capacity, consistently exceeding targets and successfully closing deals.
  3. Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate industry, both off plan & secondary.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. A self-motivated, target-oriented individual with a positive approach.
  6. Fluency in English, Arabic, French, Chinese, or Russian.

Role Description:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized consultation on property investments, sales, and rentals.
  2. Negotiate terms and contracts with a focus on maximizing returns and aligning with client expectations.
  3. Proficient in marketing and presenting properties using digital tools.
  4. Understand client needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and help clients make informed decisions about property investments.
  5. Deliver expert advice on property market conditions, valuations, and potential investment opportunities.
  6. Conduct detailed market analysis to stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, property values, and regulatory changes.
  7. Manage property sales, leases, and acquisitions for clients, ensuring seamless and successful transactions.
  8. Coordinate with legal, finance, and regulatory bodies to ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws.
  9. Develop and expand a network of industry contacts, including developers, investors, brokers, and other key players in the Dubai real estate market.
  10. Attend industry events and maintain an active presence to enhance client acquisition and retention.
