Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Senior Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential — the more you sell, the more you earn! As a Senior Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, using your knowledge of the market and exceptional communication skills to guide them through the process. You will also be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships, and ensuring your clients have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses for potential buyers and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on property values and market conditions.
• Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers, sellers, and landlords.
• Monitor property trends and advise clients on investment opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent client service.
• Manage property listings and coordinate property documentation and marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, with a strong understanding of the property market and transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently to meet targets.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and exceed their expectations.
• Familiarity with local property regulations and market trends.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred.
