Job Description

The Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimation Engineer will play a critical role in managing the commercial and estimation processes for telecom and utility infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate preparation of tenders, quotations, contracts, and cost breakdowns while monitoring project expenditures and claims to maintain financial efficiency and compliance with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• At least 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in the telecom or utility infrastructure contracting sector, including significant UAE-based project experience.

Proven expertise in handling large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on tendering, valuation, and contract administration.
