Senior Quality Auditor - Corporate Quality Assurance (UAE Only)

JOB PURPOSE

Ensuring the implementation of approved policies and procedures related to quality systems and verifying compliance with the requirements of the administrative specification ISO 9001:2015 and the best available practices for quality, in addition to developing related programs and initiatives, and submitting the necessary reports and recommendations for the outputs of various institutional quality assurance processes.

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Conduct periodic quality audits on RTA's organizational units to verify compliance with the RTA's approved quality standards, including field visits and office audits.
2. Audit the compatibility of operational processes and work procedures in organizational units with reality during periodic quality audits.
3. Participate in external audits of all departments' systems in effect at the RTA.
4. Prepare the necessary programs and plans for quality audits and assurance.
5. Use appropriate tools and techniques during quality audits to ensure the accuracy and quality of work mechanisms and ensure their compliance with approved institutional documents.
6. Prepare detailed work reports that clarify the results and outputs of planned and unplanned periodic quality audits (Adhocs), including strengths, development opportunities, observations, and minor and major non-conformities.
7. Prepare the necessary periodic reports to follow up on the work related to implementing the quality audit plan, its outputs, and related corrective actions.
8. Review reports and the management review process related to institutional quality assurance and provide support to the quality, health, safety, and sustainability offices at the RTA.
9. Follow up on the process of implementing corrective actions and coordinate with the various organizational units in the RTA to close on time and with the required effectiveness.
10. Review and analyze performance data for the quality audit process using advanced analytical tools to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
11. Upload the outputs of quality assurance processes to the technical systems used and implement and follow up on the administrative work related to them.
12. Maintain, update, and store all documents and records (paper and electronic) properly in accordance with the institutional processes approved in the RTA.
13. Coordinate with the work team to ensure the exchange of information related to quality audit processes.
14. Perform other tasks and responsibilities related to the job and as assigned.

Education

1. Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields from an accredited university.

Skills

1. 5+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related fields.
2. Certified professional, certificate in Quality Auditing based on ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.
