Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the quality assurance process within the organization. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality standards, procedures, and controls to ensure that products meet established quality requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives. The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will also be responsible for conducting quality audits, facilitating adherence to regulatory requirements, and providing training to team members on quality assurance best practices. A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with extensive experience in quality assurance practices and methodologies. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for process improvement within the organization.
• Lead quality audits and inspections to monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify trends for corrective action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive sustainable solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to junior quality assurance staff on best practices and quality control protocols.
• Manage documentation and record-keeping systems to ensure accuracy and traceability of quality assurance processes.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conforming products to root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance to recommend and implement best practices.
• Participate in quality management reviews and provide valuable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in software development or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) preferred.
