Senior QA/QC Engineer (Oil&Gas)F/H

Job Responsibilities: Quality Assurance (QA):

1. Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan.
2. Develop and implement the specific Project Quality Management Plan for the respective project.
3. Promote safety & quality to all personnel within the organization.
4. Follow up on QA Procedures implementation.
5. Conduct internal audits.
6. Conduct second party audits for sub-contractors as per the Project requirement.
7. Communicate the QA System to the respective team and monitor implementation.
8. Identify non-conformances and take preventive and corrective actions.
9. Lead non-conformance investigations with the relevant departments.
10. Promote initiatives related to Quality to the team.
11. Assist in setting Project quality objectives and KPIs.
12. Assist the Engineering department in evaluating and correcting specific quality problems and issues as necessary.
13. Manage continuous Quality training, assessment, and human factors of the staff.
14. Maintain the Quality file system.
15. Perform all other duties, tasks, and initiatives contributing to the success of the company.

Job Responsibilities: Quality Control:

1. Implement, maintain, and verify the quality system at the job site as per company quality procedure and project quality plan.
2. Conduct incoming material inspection, review certification documents, and prepare inspection reports.
3. Witness & conduct various electrical & instrumentation testing.
4. Inspect installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities for project-related works.
5. Manage the sub-contractor Quality Engineers and Inspections related to subcontract works – factory acceptance tests, etc.
6. Oversee third party certification of equipment/machinery related to the job site.
7. Prepare inspection reports (RFI, Check sheets, MCD, PCD, and CD).
8. Keep track of the As-builts and prepare and maintain the As-built register.
9. Review and compile inspection documents for final documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Certified as ISO 9001:2015 – Internal or Lead Auditor Certified.
• Previously ADNOC approved is MANDATORY.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• ONLY candidates with an Engineering degree in Electrical will be considered.
