Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee field quality control activities and coordinate project quality control efforts to ensure the project and standard specification are obtained.
2. Monitor the implementation of NCR and internal audit procedures.
3. Prepare QA/QC inspection activities and ITP as per specification and standard.
4. Prepare testing methods, method statements, QA/QC plans, and checklists.
5. Conduct quality toolbox training/snagging comments giving for engineers and labor.
6. Coordinate with subcontractors to minimize material waste and avoid rework.
7. Ensure conformity of construction activities as per approved program and checking of drawings.
8. Close NCR, SI, SOR, snagging, and de-snagging reports from consultant/client in a timely manner.
9. Issue NCR, SI, SOR, and internal snagging reports to subcontractors for various activities.
10. Engage in various QA/QC documentation including review of subcontractors' ITP and method statements.
11. Coordinate with site team and all subcontractors to conduct daily inspections for consultant’s approval.
12. Prepare the mockup flat snagging report prior to submitting for client approval.
13. Represent the company to external parties related to quality audits and certifications.

Experience:

1. 8 years of Quality Control/Assurance experience in the construction industry.
2. Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field.
