Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Lead a team of PR professionals and manage relationships with key media outlets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Create and manage PR campaigns, including writing press releases, speeches, and other PR materials.
- Organize press conferences and media events.
- Oversee crisis communication plans and manage responses to any PR issues.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to inform PR strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
- Measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns using various analytics tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to integrate PR efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a PR role, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities.
- Proficiency in media monitoring and PR analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and creative thinker.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
