Role Description:

Acts as a bridge between the property owners and potential buyers or tenants. Serves as a trusted advisor and expert guide in navigating the real estate market, assisting clients in making informed decisions about buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. This involves understanding their needs, providing market insights, and ensuring smooth, legally compliant transactions that deliver a satisfying experience to the clients while driving sustainable growth for the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
2. Excellent negotiation skills
3. Highly skilled in creating and delivering training sessions
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding goals
7. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
8. Knowledge of local and international real estate markets
9. Bilingual: Russian & English is a must
10. Experience: 03 - 05 years
