Job description
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Actively promote available properties to potential buyers and renters, showcasing their unique features and advantages.
- Assist clients in identifying suitable properties, conducting property tours, and providing comprehensive information.
- Negotiate property transactions between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Prepare and review sales and lease agreements, contracts, and related documents.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and the company.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, market dynamics, and real estate best practices.
Requirements:
- UAE Real Estate Sales License is preferred.
- Preferred experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or a related sales role in the real estate sector.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, neighborhoods, and property types.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
