Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and high-performing Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an on-site, full-time role for a seasoned sales consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the intricacies of the UAE real estate landscape. You will play a key role in advising high-net-worth clients, closing strategic deals, and driving the firm's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, from luxury off-plan projects to resale units and rental portfolios
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, including pricing, regulations, and emerging trends
• Provide world-class customer service and build long-term client relationships based on trust and results
• Execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth end-to-end transaction processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experience and maximize lead conversions
• Represent Sykon Properties at property exhibitions, roadshows, and high-profile networking events

Qualifications

• Proven track record in real estate consulting or sales (2+ years preferred)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations
• Client-first mindset with a passion for luxury property and investment advisory
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Multilingual abilities and a UAE driving license are strong advantages
